Under no circumstances must any goods be sent back without an authorisation email from us we will not accept any responsibility for goods lost or damaged if sent without.
You may return an item for any reason within 5 working days of receiving the goods.
We strongly recommend you use an established carrier with a trackable service and insure the goods for the full price paid. We will not be responsible for any goods lost or damaged during transit being returned.
If you return an item because of an error on our behalf or goods that were delivered damaged we will refund your costs in sending them to us.
A copy of the postage invoice and original invoice must be supplied by post in order for us to refund you.
All returns where the goods are unsuitable must be complete in the original box, unused and in a saleable condition.
All refunds are subject to us inspecting the goods once received by us.
Any goods returned to us that are not due to an error on our behalf will have the original shipping cost deducted incurred by us plus a 10% restocking fee.
